Leadership Training Report
Venue: Don Bosco Seminary, Chennai
“A captain is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.” — John C. Maxwell
The leadership training program held at Don Bosco Seminary, Chennai, was an enriching and inspiring experience. It was organized to help school captains understand and enhance their leadership qualities.
We, the captains from various Anglo-Indian schools, were divided into groups and participated in several interactive activities throughout the day. These activities helped us realize the value of teamwork, effective communication, and strategic thinking.
The sessions taught us the importance of having a clear vision and purpose as leaders. We were also encouraged to think creatively and approach challenges with confidence and positivity. Most importantly, we learnt how to communicate our ideas clearly and work together to achieve common goals.
Overall, the program was a wonderful opportunity to develop our leadership potential and gain confidence to lead by example in our schools.
